Ina Garten’s Lemon Bars



These delicious lemon bars have a buttery crust, creamy-gooey filling, and crispy sugar top. They are simply PERFECT!

Ingredients

For the crust
2 sticks butter, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 cups flour
1/8 teaspoon salt

For the filling
6 extra-large eggs
3 cups granulated sugar
2 tablespoons grated lemon zest
1 cup lemon juice
1 cup flour
Powdered Sugar, for dusting
